Resposta social

Entende-se por resposta social à gripe pandémica o conjunto das atitudes e comportamentos directamente associados à ameaça pandémica, que se observam num domínio relativamente limitado das redes sociais, e que engloba essencialmente dois níveis: (i) o nível organizacional (empresas, escolas, administração pública) e (ii) as redes familiares (conjunto de relações intra-familiares configuradas por pelo menos um contacto pessoal semanal entre as pessoas que a constituem).
